The Women in Research Lunch Event is a networking event for students, faculty, and industry researchers. This is the first year that it takes place at SIGGRAPH Asia. The purpose of the event is to broaden the network of women researchers and provide a friendly and personal environment where students and researchers can interact. The event is open to all researchers, regardless of gender.
Details
Event Date: Tuesday, December 3rd from 12:00–2:00 pm JST. Doors will open at 12:00 and the lunch will be served as a standing buffet.
Location: This event is co-located with SIGGRAPH Asia at the Tokyo International Forum, Room G510, G Block, Level 5.
To participate, please register using our RSVP form. The room has a max capacity of 80 people. The RSVP will close after the event has reached capacity. Please note that participation in the Women in Research Lunch Event also requires SIGGRAPH Asia registration.
